TWO DRUM WINDER CLM-3000
DESIGN SPEED ：2500 m/min
UNWINDER ROLL DIA.：Max. 2500 mm

WINDING DIA. ：Up to 1800 mm



NC SLITTING SYSTEM
1. Slitting system is of high reliability and knife holders are designed for sturdiness and have a very narrow clearance.
This clearance goes minimal dust accumulation and provides a straight rule cut edge.
2. Highly synchronized top and bottom unit movement by one servo motor, extend resharping interval of the slitter knives.
3. Auto-slitter positioning can be finished within 1 minute which increases the efficiency and safety.
4. Manual slitter positioning is optional.



SPREADER ROLL
1. The spreader roll is segmented and roll bow adjust is done by each segment manual adjust rod.
2. It is arranged before the winder drum position to provide a good slit separation.



SHAFTLESS CORE CHUCK
1. The winder has a shaftless core chuck system designed for simple loading by hydraulic system and core chuck is in floating status during winder running.
2. Automatic or manual core chuck positioning is optional.



RIDER ROLL
1. The ride roll consists of a mounting frame and two or three section rolls, depending on the width of winder.
2. Rider roll movement is carried by hydraulic cylinder, and nip can be controlled automatically. Nip value setting depends on the paper grade.
3. It can guarantee the winding roll quality.



CLUTCH
The unwinder is equipped with a clutch for engaging unwinder brake with the reel spool.



UNWINDER
Side lay adjustment up to ±50mm is provided.
Empty spool change is very easy.



HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The hydraulic power components, including motor driven pump, reservoirs, valves and necessary.controls will be integrally mounted on a common bed.



CONTROL SYSTEM
1. The control system consists of PLC and HMI etc.
2. All the operation can be carried out on the bench board.
3. The winder running status is displayed in the HMI.

【MAIN FEATURES】
The rewind roll is supported on single drum, so the roll weight does not influence winding density.
It can wind the larger diameter of paper roll than two drum winder especially for light weight paper, and because the roll station is separated, winding parmeters like nip value, rider roll pressure can be controlled individually. So it guarantee the roll quality.
