Product details

Propellers type CLM are used for the agitation of fibrous stock suspensions in vertical and horizontal chests as well as in storage towers. The maximum stock consistency in vertical chests is 5%, and in horizontal chests uo to 6%.
The blade shape developed by Ching Lai Machinery Co., Ltd. Reliably prevents the entangle-ment of long impurities such as strings, plastic strips, etc. This makes these propellers particularly suitable for heavy-duty service in waste paper preparation systems.

  • Propeller hub optionally made of polyamide with rigid blades, or of chrome-nickel- molybdenum cast steel with replaceable and variablepitch blades.
  • All parts contacting stock are clad with chrome-nickel molybdenum steel; shaft protective sleeve coated with ceramic.sleeve coatec with ceramic.
  • Easy maintenance—shaft seal and pillow block accessible from outside chest.
  • Special sealing for towers for replacing the stuffing-box packing when the tower is full.
