The tank body of type D Pulper is designed into a D shape. A repeated experiment managed to prove that D Pulper is having various advantages:
- The operational capacity of a type D Pulper is approximately 10% -15% of that of a HPS type (having the same horse power and hole diameter).
- The pulp materials of a type D Pulper will flow back in a vertical direction. Its friction and cutting effect with paper sheets are much stronger than those of ordinary type of pulpers.
- It increases in its fluid cutting force and its scattering / dissolving force.It is found to be strong in its return flows and high in its scattering / dissolving force.
- Under the same horse power, it is high in its scattering / dissolving efficiency and capable of saving energy.
